Friday, October 29th, from 5:30-7pm the Bronze, Silver and Gold groups will be having a t-shirt decorating/pizza party immediately after the afternoon practice.  The cost will be $5 and you must register with Bruce Andersen, bruce.andersen@herndon-va.gov, by Wednesday, October 27.

Saturday, October 30th, from 8-11am the Bronze, Silver and Gold groups will be having a HAC Trailside Park Clean Up Day.  Click here to see the flyer.

Hello All,

Welcome back to the pool.  I look forward to working with everyone this season!

We will run dry lands as published on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30-6am, then get into the pool.  We will begin dry lands on Tuesday, September 14th.  Swimmers should enter through the back door and wait for my instructions.

I will hold a parents meeting on Thursday September 16th from 6-6:45pm for both morning and evening groups.  Please plan to attend.

All Bronze 3 swimmers are invited to Saturday morning practice on September 18th from 5-7am for a dive clinic.
